Apple’s Enterprise team is looking for a creative and diligent Software Tools and Automation Engineer to contribute to our Enterprise platform, as best seen in Apple School Manager and Apple Business Manager. Requirements

• 8+ years crafting test automation for complex, large-scale systems
• Tools architect – You've built testing and automation tools others depend on
• Multi-language fluency – Swift/Java for robust solutions, Python/Ruby for quick wins
• AI & LLM integration – Experience leveraging AI tools for test generation, failure analysis, or intelligent automation
• Detective skills – You don't just find bugs, you hunt down their root causes
• Communication excellence – You translate technical complexity into clear insights

Nice To Haves

• BS CS/EE/CE or equivalent experience
• XCTest/Swift expertise
• iOS/macOS testing experience
• Advanced AI/ML testing
