The Senior Therapy Development Specialist will drive downstream strategy and execution for U.S. marketing and VTE education initiatives within a target region. This role will be a key member of the sales and carepath solutions team, partnering with sales management and the sales force to connect carepath initiatives to physician and administrative customers across the care path. The Senior Therapy Development Specialist must be able to independently create and manage cross-functional coalitions, both internally and externally. They will have significant interaction with the field-based sales teams to drive meaningful engagements in carepath / VTE program development. They must be able to efficiently manage a large (often multi-state) geography to drive VTE care path optimization programs and identify and develop resources. Consistent follow-through to ensure that programs are impactful to physician customers, local/regional societies, and the local sales teams will be key.
