Requirements

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in microwave electronics, or an associate degree, or military electronics training with 5+ years of experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance
  • Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and signal sources
  • Strong hand-eye coordination for microscope work and basic hand soldering skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer-controlled test systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate RF/microwave test stations and equipment
  • Test, troubleshoot, and tune microwave and RF modules during prototype and low-rate production phases
  • Maintain accurate and organized test data records
  • Assemble breadboards, test fixtures, and wiring harnesses
  • Support manufacturing readiness by training the NPI (New Product Introduction) team
