The position involves developing, verifying, and validating methods and systems for testing in the Reliability and Design (R&D) Assurance Labs. You will play a lead role in project support and be responsible for addressing project testing needs required from these labs, leveraging a strong electrical engineering background.

Requirements

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• May have practical knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
• Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
• Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
• Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
