Flex positions are required to have a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to multiple branches as scheduled. Position Summary: As a Senior Teller with Marquette Bank, you will assist the Teller Supervisor or Branch Operations Manager with the day-to-day duties of the Retail Operations Department across multiple branch locations. You will perform backroom teller functions, balance the vault and branch, and open and close the branch. You will be one of our customers’ most valuable resources by accurately processing customer transactions, developing relationships and delivering a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have 1-2 years teller experience
- Detail oriented with a thorough understanding of the Teller Department
- Versatile and possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers
- Possess leadership and organizational skills to be able to analyze accurately and think quickly
Responsibilities

- A high level of interpersonal skills to represent the bank in a professional manner in all customer interactions
- Capability to relate to and empathize with people and maintain a friendly, cheerful demeanor
- Must be proficient in all aspects of teller duties.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of the teller terminal transactions and corrections.
- Possess detailed knowledge of all backroom teller balancing, remittance procedures and vault teller procedures.
- May assist other tellers in balancing daily transactions.
- May assist in opening and closing of branch.
- Actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and all other deposit, lending, or non-deposit service regulations, adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and risk management responsibilities contained in the Employee Handbook, the Employee Code of Conduct, and other applicable policies.
