The Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Metra is responsible for providing recommendations, design requirements, and specifications for telecommunications and related electronic equipment. This role involves project management for in-house engineering projects and acting as the Metra representative for Turn-Key projects. The engineer will also serve as a technical liaison for telecommunications carriers, research new technologies, conduct field surveys, evaluate system performance, and assist in system design upgrades.
