Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
• Familiar with basic networking (IP addressing, wireless, switches, routers)
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and lift equipment
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders/towers, and work in varying weather
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and desire to grow technical expertise
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and pride in craftsmanship
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, OSHA 10/30, Climber/Rescue, Electrical, Wireless, or Fiber
• Experience in telecom, ISP infrastructure, satellite installation, fiber splicing, or structured cabling
• Training provided by Stimulus including climbing certifications, safety programs, and networking skills

Responsibilities

• Climb towers and rooftops to install antennas, radios, and cabling
• Build, test, and maintain wireless and fiber broadband infrastructure
• Install conduit, cable trays, low-voltage cabling, and network devices
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom equipment
• Use mechanical tools, lifts, and safety equipment on job sites
• Complete service tickets with detailed documentation and photos
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and non-technical way
• Work independently or in small teams across the Las Vegas metro area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive worksite environment
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional travel to nearby project areas
