About The Position

Network Operations is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Network Operations (NetOps) Analytics and Automation within our Core Technology Infrastructure organization. This pivotal role will drive the transformation of our global network operations through data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and innovative automation solutions. The successful candidate will define and execute strategies that optimize network availability and performance, enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and advance the adoption of modern, Agile solution delivery practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in network automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions, coupled with strong operational excellence, leadership, and communication skills. This leader will oversee a global team responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics, AI-driven automation, centralized reporting, and self-healing capabilities to minimize downtime and improve operational agility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, networking technologies, automation technologies, and AI/ML-driven analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and technologies, including Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, Django, MySQL, and Redis.
  • Experience with custom application development, advanced analytics, and data science.
  • Proven experience building and leading global high-performing teams.
  • Strong track record of managing enterprise-wide operations and driving innovation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Experience in the financial services sector or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with public and hybrid cloud networking environments.

  • Establish KPIs and service-level objectives to measure operational effectiveness and success.
  • Manage application performance in production, ensuring app health, resiliency, security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise data management standards.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders, contributing to broader technology strategies and Communities of Practice.
  • Promote inclusive, healthy work environments and resolve organizational impediments.
  • Model an inclusive environment for employees and clients.
