The Technology Enablement and Adoption (TEA) organization's mission is to ensure TWDC employees are aware of Company technologies, which includes knowing how to use these products well, and in ways that can enhance the way they work. Our cross-functional team of OCM managers, customer success managers, knowledge managers and communications specialists increase productivity and engagement amongst TWDC cast members and employees who utilize Enterprise Technology services and products. The chief methods of achieving this purpose are to evangelize technology offerings, develop adoption and organizational change management strategies, and provide guidance and training, as well as the voice of the customer.
