Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA). What You’ll Do Own the enterprise strategy and roadmap for Collibra Data Intelligence, Collibra UDQ, and Profisee MDM platforms. Serve as the technical authority and subject matter expert, providing guidance on architecture, integration, and best practices. Lead the implementation and enablement of data governance, metadata, data quality, and MDM capabilities. Drive platform adoption and engagement across business units and technical teams. Manage and mentor a team of employees and contractors to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders across Data Governance, Analytics, IT, and Business Operations to ensure alignment and compliance. Oversee continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and feature enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, and MDM solutions, with Collibra and Profisee expertise required.
  • Proven experience in platform strategy, implementation, and technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, data quality frameworks, and master data management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Collibra UDQ and Profisee MDM configuration and administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
