The Sr. Laboratory Maintenance Technician, Advanced Catheter COE will support all laboratory functions including the reliability and functionality of equipment through calibration, preventative maintenance, and maintenance repairs. They will ensure the lab environment is safe for all tenants, users, and visitors. As well as continuous monitoring and replenishment of lab tooling and supplies. Will multitask under limited supervision with task completion in a timely manner. How you’ll make an impact: Perform and manage preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs on lab equipment using asset management software (Maximo). Serve as EH&S representative; manage safety documentation, inspections, and compliance (LOTO, JSA, chemical inventory, waste disposal). Set up and relocate lab furniture/equipment; manage incoming shipments. Monitor and replenish lab supplies, PPE stations, tooling, and hardware inventory. Operate and become SME for new equipment (installation, validation, training). Maintain lab cleanliness and environmental services.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or technical certificate + 1 years’ experience working in a laboratory environment OR High School degree and 6 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs on lab equipment using asset management software strongly preferred
  • Moderate computer skills (MS Office)
  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Basic CAD, electronics, pneumatics, and mechanical knowledge.
  • Ability to read schematics and operate R&D/manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with GMP and GDP practices.
