About The Position

Facilities Operations & Maintenance Perform facilities maintenance and repairs across the site Coordinate and monitor facilities-related work including external contractors Ensure timely completion and documentation of work orders and maintenance activities Audit Readiness & Compliance Assist with audit preparation, on-site support, and post-audit response for facilities-related findings Drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat findings and facility-related deviations Program & Vendor Management Support Pest Control Program, ensuring program effectiveness and documentation Oversee and support elevator and motorized door repairs, including vendor coordination and maintenance Planning & Continuous Improvement Participate in facilities impact assessments for projects, changes, or new installations Support/conduct contractor training as needed Partner with operations to schedule and perform corrective action

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and
  • 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repairs
  • Strong knowledge of facility systems and pharmaceutical preventive maintenance principles
  • Demonstrated experience working in a regulated, audit-intensive, or quality-driven environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate contractors to execute repairs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or similarly regulated industry
  • Familiarity CMMS programs and work order systems (SAP, Hexagon)
  • Experience supporting pest control, elevator, or motorized door programs
  • Experience with audit preparation, support, and response
