About The Position

Join ABB's Electrification team as a Technical Trainer and become the driving force behind empowering customers and partners with the knowledge they need to succeed. You'll lead hands-on, high-impact training sessions that demystify electrical panel schedule take-offs, OEM power and control circuits, and ABB's cutting-edge electrical products. Requirements

  • Associates degree in engineering, business administration or related field
  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, panel schedules, and OEM circuit design
  • 3+ years of experience in technical instruction or training delivery
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-sufficiency and motivation-you take initiative and own your outcomes
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America
  • Ability to work independently from any location

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey
  • OEM power and control circuit design and interpretation
  • Knowledge of ABB's portfolio of electrical products and solutions
  • Pre-training: Develop materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content to audience needs
  • Training delivery: Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions with clarity, confidence, and technical depth
  • Post-training: Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve content
