As an Sr. Technical Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing hands on technical leadership and guidance for onsite IT service delivery, Network Operations, Server Operations support, and systems maintenance. The position will work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements to the enterprise operations as well as provide recommendations in support of complex network/infrastructure/cloud design and operations. This position will play an important role in establishing technical leadership across the program and lead innovation initiatives for our customer. This role involves strategic planning, diagnosing challenging network and system issues, advising on emerging technologies to support organizational goals.
