Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Proficiency with Jira, including creating and managing dashboards
  • Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to drive program success

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery.
  • Partner with engineering teams, solution managers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth execution of program deliverables.
  • Develop, maintain, and influence strategy for high-impact project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and communicate cross-functional blockers that may impact program timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams and leadership to resolve issues and keep the program on course.
  • Standardize best practices and drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize program management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
