Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and execution
Proficiency with Jira, including creating and managing dashboards
Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to drive program success

Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery.
Partner with engineering teams, solution managers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth execution of program deliverables.
Develop, maintain, and influence strategy for high-impact project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
Proactively identify and communicate cross-functional blockers that may impact program timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams and leadership to resolve issues and keep the program on course.
Standardize best practices and drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize program management processes, tools, and methodologies.
