Sensitive Content Intelligence team protects customers from exposure to sensitive content and enhance their trust in Devices/Alexa across all languages, locales, experiences and modalities (image, text, video, and audio). The team leverages natural language understanding (Generative AI), machine learning, and big data to help identify sensitive content. We serve customers with tier-1 services and tools that let customers to have a fun engaging conversation with Alexa. We are a highly collaborative, fast moving, and fun team that uses innovative technology solutions for real time customer experience enhancement. The Senior TPM will be responsible for the execution of critical programs to safeguards customer experiences through its Responsible AI guardrails and customer feedback loop. Guardrails are across several dimensions such as policy, privacy, security, and safety and across the end-to-end architecture – data ingestion, model training, runtime flow, and post-runtime analysis. he role also involves scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end, collecting requirements, writing specifications, and coordinating design/implementation efforts. Ideally, you possess a strong program management background, demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and a well-rounded technical proficiency in current AI technologies.
