We are the engine that powers the buying and selling of digital advertising across all aspects of our digital portfolio including our high-growth search engine, Bing, and consumer services like MSN, Microsoft News, Xbox, and Outlook. We are looking for a Sr.Technical Program Manager - Opportunity Analytics team within the Global Business Planning function of Microsoft Advertising (MSA). As a TPM at MSA, you will focus on analyzing monetization performance and identifying growth opportunities across regions, products, and advertiser segments within the global business. In this position, you’ll work with large data sets to gain a thorough understanding of the factors that drive growth across our ad platform, publishers, advertisers, and consumers in international markets. A key responsibility will be developing strategies to translate marketplace trends into actionable advertiser growth opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to create sales initiatives, and measuring the impact and effectiveness of these programs. This role requires an individual with depth of knowledge of the global advertising space - in particular performance advertising and audience-led buying across search, display, native or programmatic - a keen intellect for generating data driven answers to complex business questions as well as superior communication skills to influence a range of different partners and stakeholders.
