About The Position

We are seeking an innovative and customer-obsessed Sr. Technical Program Manager
to lead our Leo Commerce team in reimagining satellite internet commerce
experience. In this role, you'll spearhead the development of next-generation
commerce systems that will set new standards in the industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Aid in the design and delivery of distributed system based Components, Applications and Services to server Leo customers
• Work with our peer teams and stakeholders to design suitable software systems and interfaces to fulfill the customer needs.
• Develop a strategic plan for execution and program management to deliver the software and services to delight Leo customers
• Coordinate strategy and execution across multiple functions including engineering, product, operations, business, and legal
