We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within our Worldwide Grocery Stores Technology (WWGST) organization. The ideal candidate will drive large-scale technical initiatives that transform how we deliver grocery services to our customers, including inventory management, fulfillment optimization, and delivery systems.   • Lead complex, multi-year technical programs that span multiple teams and organizations within the grocery technology ecosystem.
  • Drive technical strategy and execution for critical grocery initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define program vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Manage dependencies across engineering teams, product management, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove obstacles, and drive solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Lead program planning, resource allocation, and delivery of major technical initiatives.
  • Influence technical decisions and architecture to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, metrics, and status reporting for executive audiences.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
