Amazon LEO is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for field integration testing across all hardware families for LEO's customer terminals. They will play a crucial role in coordinating and owning the triage of daily bug inflows, managing follow up with cross functional stakeholders, and ensuring that our software meets the high standard expected from our customers. We work with engineering to deliver the product hardware and software for both applications and the underlying embedded Linux system. We work hand in hand with hardware, engineering and operations teams to deliver a great experience for our customers.
