About The Position

We’re building our next phase of defensive capabilities at Blue Yonder, the global leader in end-to-end supply chains software solutions, which includes growing our Cyber Defense Team. The Cyber Defense team is seeking a high‑judgment Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive programs that strengthen detection, response, and overall defensive readiness. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, operational risk, and the mechanics of modern threat defense.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical or cybersecurity program management.
  • Must have experience with the Jira platform.
  • Experience working directly with SOC, IR, threat intelligence, or cloud security teams.
  • Proven experience coordinating across engineering, IT, and security teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or Program Management.
  • Strong understanding of cyber defense fundamentals (threat intel, SOC workflows, detection logic, vulnerabilities, IR lifecycle).
  • Ability to translate complex cyber issues into concise, actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and common risk‑rating methodologies.
  • Ability to synthesize technical findings for executive audiences.
  • Strong judgment during high‑pressure situations such as active incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives supporting SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and detection engineering.
  • Translate cyber risks, vulnerabilities, and threats into clear priorities and action plans for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain program roadmaps, KPIs, and runbooks to strengthen cyber readiness and reduce operational risk.
  • Partner with security engineers, analysts, IT, and cloud teams to drive alignment and remove blockers.
  • Analyze data from security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners) to support reporting and program decision‑making.
  • Support incident management processes, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow‑through on corrective actions.
