We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Customer Platform Engineering team. As a Senior TPM, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that enhance our engineering and platform capabilities, which fuel our growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, marketing, analytics, and data science, to deliver high-impact programs on time and within scope. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth engineering operations, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of operational excellence through continuous improvement. You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Engineering and work closely with other senior leaders and stakeholders to understand our roadmaps, priorities, and architecture, facilitating alignment. Leveraging your technical skills, you will move quickly, efficiently, and decisively to connect the dots and help our team deliver.

  • Drive the execution and delivery of multiple complex technical programs, strategic initiatives, adding capabilities to the platform, and operational strategies that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Track and manage project risks, dependencies, status, and deliverable timelines.
  • Ensure robust quality assurance and release management processes are in place.
  • Lead planning, prioritization, and status meetings with stakeholders at a regular cadence.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to drive project success and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and best practices to create robust, predictable, and effective product delivery.
  • Establish mechanisms to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Identify impediments the team experiences and work with stakeholders to address them.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the program.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program status, progress, and outcomes.
  • Own the communication and alignment of the product delivery.
  • Collaborate with other technical program managers to highlight dependencies with different domains.
  • Mentor and guide junior program managers and team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Have 8+ years in technical program management, preferably in a growth-focused engineering environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex technical programs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in agile, scrum, and lean development.
  • Ability to dive deep into technical details and understand complex systems to drive effective decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of engineering operations, including process optimization and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority.

  • Experience in software engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.
  • Experience working in Telehealth or E-commerce.
