The Cross Channel Marketing Personalization and Growth team is a critical driver for Amazon Music's rise in the digital streaming space. Our team focuses on enabling a personalized relationship with our customers, and building and improving products and features that reveal the best of Amazon Music to customers globally. We are fast and nimble, scaling after we have proved merit. We build systems that enable reach to millions of customers worldwide. We experiment with hypotheses through A/B tests and build personalized features that provide a more streamlined experience for Amazon customers. We develop products throughout the customer lifecycle including customer acquisition, on-boarding, engagement and retention. We believe in creating empowered and diverse teams where everyone can contribute to our product vision and roadmap.
