Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Team mission is to build the world’s best Artificial General Intelligence that will enable every Amazon business to deliver more value to its customers and benefits humanity. AGI foundational models and services can be used across all businesses at Amazon. AGI Data Services is a key part of AGI org providing data creation, curation, and analytics services to help develop, test, and train the AI models. This organization generates ground truth data which is used to train machine learning models. The team works with various data formats such as audio, video, and images, and packages this information to be used by internal stakeholders including data modeling and product teams. This TPM role’s scope includes defining strategy, processes and requirements, and leading cross functional development teams from design through delivery. You will be accountable for driving the entire product lifecycle, from platform product definition through specification, coding, quality assurance and launch to the world. Most importantly, you will influence engineering teams to build the right solutions. You will be also responsible for creating leverage by ensuring capabilities are reusable and scalable to world-wide legislative changes. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
