Requirements

5+ years of product management, product development or equivalent work experience preferably in Health care and claims data
5+ years of experience with requirements management, project management, and complex projects and activities
Knowledge of product management roles and responsibilities
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience in delivery of software solutions, understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Working knowledge of databases, database structures, xml, json

Responsibilities

Defines and supports cross-portfolio initiatives and capabilities from specific business problems / market needs; all initiatives tracked
Drives creation of strategic themes (capabilities) to define and roadmap long running initiatives
Ability to work across multiple products to identify synergies
Act as the liaison between Business, Engineering Teams, and project management groups
Build trust and relationship through transparency using roadmap
Drives vision and content of future releases by decomposing work in to features and user stories and aligning appropriately in backlog in accordance with high level product strategy
Define & implement best practices
