We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee all maintenance operations at our 24/7 frozen dessert manufacturing facility in Stilwell, OK. This role ensures the safety of our people and products, while driving equipment reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team (approx. 8 direct, and 60 indirect reports)
  • Ensure a strong safety culture 'Leave no space unsafe!'
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime
  • Responsibility for maintenance and MRO budgets, storeroom operations, and capital projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, CI, and safety teams
  • Optimize asset utilization with a PM-focused approach
  • Monitor plant performance using data from SAP and equipment systems
  • Mentor and develop team leaders and technicians

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of maintenance leadership, preferably in food manufacturing
  • Experience in bakery, dough processing, or spiral freezer systems is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and improve plant performance
  • Strong communicator and hands-on leader with a passion for continuous improvement
