In this critical role, you will ensure that each garment meets style and functionality standards, bridging the gap between design concepts and production execution. You'll play a vital part in empowering women through your designs, focusing on comfort, usability, and fit in intimate apparel. Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Design, especially in intimates.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction methods and pattern making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PLM systems, Asana, Slack, and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team to translate concepts into actionable tech packs.
• Create comprehensive tech packs including specifications and materials.
• Lead fittings with design and production teams for final fit approval.
• Monitor fit approval process for timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain detailed documentation of tech packs and garment specifications.
• Communicate with vendors to clarify technical specifications and resolve issues.
• Conduct quality assurance evaluations during bulk production.
