In this dynamic role, you will address intricate business and technology challenges, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to craft innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with architects and developers to align technical implementations with strategic goals, while also navigating complex interactions with third-party systems. Your impact will extend beyond immediate projects, as you work on optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing care provision through telemedicine. This role is crucial for driving forward-thinking automation and integration initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of CRM experience, with at least 9 years on the Salesforce platform preferred.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with RPA and AI preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service and common AppExchange solutions.
  • Hands-on administration and configuration experience using Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Translate clinical and operational requirements into successful technical implementations aligned with company strategy.
  • Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze business processes, document requirements, and present options and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Leverage experience with native Salesforce and third-party automation tools to enhance functionality.
  • Configure solutions, fields, objects, and declarative automations on Salesforce platform.
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery.
  • Follow SDLC standards and participate in design reviews during projects.
  • Document technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
