Requirements
- 8+ years of revenue accounting experience in an enterprise software company.
- Proven experience with ASC 606, ASC 340, and other US GAAP areas.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience preferred.
- Operational experience with billing and systems integration is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, G-Suite, Salesforce, and SAP S/4Hana.
- A self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of public accounting experience preferred.
- Operational experience with billing and systems integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end revenue recognition process, ensuring adherence under ASC 606.
- Partner with sales operations and accounting teams to manage invoicing and deferred revenue recognition.
- Lead month-end close activities including revenue-related journal entries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate contracts and revenue implications.
- Maintain audit readiness through solid technical accounting documentation.
- Leverage systems like SAP S/4Hana to improve revenue processes.
