Within the strategy and operations team in Tech, we focus on helping leaders and teams turn strategy into action. We do this by designing high-impact moments, enabling adoption of new ways of working, and reinforcing clear, consistent signals across the organization. As a Sr. Tech Operations Program Manager, you will: Partner with peers and leaders to plan and execute work across the full scope of the Tech Talent and Engagement team: events, tech workforce and ways of working initiatives, talent programs, and communications, and culture Operate as a generalist across the team, flexing between different types of work and stepping in where needed to move priorities forward Plan and deliver key Tech moments such as events, showcases, and leadership sessions, including coordinating logistics, building agendas, aligning speakers, and ensuring a strong end-to-end experience Help build and run talent and learning programs by coordinating sessions, managing participant experience, and ensuring materials and content are ready and effective Support Tech enablement by building and delivering onboarding, learning experiences, and guidance that help team members understand expectations, grow their skills, and adopt new ways of working Develop content and materials for events and programs, such as agendas, presentations, talking points, and follow-ups that clearly communicate priorities and next steps Support rollout of new tools, practices, and ways of working by creating resources, coordinating sessions, and reinforcing adoption through ongoing touchpoints Develop and deliver communications, including presentations, leadership updates, and internal content, that highlight progress, reinforce priorities, and showcase examples of strong work across Tech Own day-to-day execution of multiple programs at once, including building project plans, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring work is delivered on time and at a high quality We’ll support you along the way with onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Tech Operations Program Manager. Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, consulting, or related roles within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting events, learning programs, talent initiatives, or change-oriented work, with strong facilitation and relationship management skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Working knowledge of technology organizations and domains (e.g., engineering, data, product, or AI), or the ability to build credibility and domain expertise and apply context in support of programs and initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, including structuring work, breaking down complex problems, and developing clear, actionable plans
  • Ability to adapt and context switch across priorities and subject areas, quickly building context in new domains and applying that understanding to improve outcomes
  • Strong operational rigor, including managing dependencies, sequencing work, aligning stakeholders, and proactively identifying and addressing risks or gaps
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, simple, and actionable messages
  • Curiosity and interest in how technology, AI, and ways of working are evolving

Responsibilities
