Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience.
  • Ability to work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
  • Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision.
  • Able to support and guide new team members, apprentices, or trainees.
  • Relevant completed vocational/professional training of at least 3 years, and additional subject-specific experience (1-3 years) or additional subject-specific qualification.
  • We welcome candidates whose skills and knowledge have been acquired through various pathways, including non-traditional backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging.
  • Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
  • Manufacture electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, parts, or components corresponding to the specifications -both for series production and prototypes or single production.
  • Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics.
  • Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results, and reports.
  • Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
  • Work with a moderate degree of supervision.
  • Guide new team members and/or apprentice, trainee.

Benefits

  • Minimum of $49,800 salary per year.
  • Maximum of $68,500 salary per year.
  • Eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
