About The Position

We’re looking for a Technical Communications Developer to join our Document Services team. In this role, you’ll serve as a team member on the Compensation as a Service team (CaaS), partnering with team members as a liaison between Business Units and the vendor service platform that will be completing projects. You will help define improvements and implement the updates to the operational service model, collaborate with the business requestors and vendor to help ensure work is prioritized appropriately, ensure completeness of requirements through the request process, and partner with the vendor and team members to ensure work is getting completed timely and accurately. You will also use the vendor platform to create and change digital communications requested by the business. Additional accountabilities: Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to improve systems, processes, and services. Assist in developing processes, procedures, workflows, and system improvements to support business goals. Assist in creating and updating stakeholder sites to ensure clarity of service model changes. Acting as a subject matter expert and execute on work requests through delivery to the business. Assist with creating metrics and monitoring trends to suggest service improvements and business development opportunities. Supporting vendor interactions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with project work and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strategic and changed minded
  • Proven ability to manage conflict.
