Adeptus Partners, LLC, a growing full-service CPA firm, with offices in New York City, New Jersey, Long Island, Maryland, White Plains, and California, is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for our office located in Ocean, NJ. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4+ years Accounting experience
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer skills including tax software and MS Excel, Word
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- CPA license
- Experience with Lacerte
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience in International taxation
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, corporate (S corp and C corp), partnership tax returns
- Review General Ledger and reports to assist in preparation of tax projections
- Perform tax research and planning, as needed, to solve client’s tax issues
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports that may include net worth statements, cash flow schedules, meeting packages, budgets, investment analysis, tour reconciliations, etc.
- Assist client service team with other projects, as necessary
