About The Position

We are looking for a Talent Process Specialist to drive process design, optimization, and technology enablement across the top-of-funnel stages of our recruiting process. This role will focus on improving efficiency and automation in areas such as sourcing, candidate engagement, and CRM adoption. You will partner with Recruitment Marketing, Talent Leaders, and HR Technology teams to ensure our tools and workflows enable seamless talent attraction and conversion.
