About The Position
The purpose of this position is to provide consultation on talent management solutions in support of company strategy and growth. This is achieved by leading the design and development of complex talent management programs and tools in the areas of job analysis and design, career and progression pathing, talent hiring/promotion, skill and performance assessment, and succession planning.
