This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and sustaining talent development programs and initiatives to support our career workforce that are in alignment with our strategic goals. The role will be responsible for, but not limited to program design, vendor selection as applicable, content creation, communications planning, logistic management (in partnership with our coordinators), evaluation and analytics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in learning and development, organizational development, and leadership training. This role requires someone who can engage with senior leadership, collaborate across departments, and drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and development. This can be a remote position within the US.
