About The Position

Eightfold is building the next generation of agentic AI for talent— systems that don’t just analyze data but actively assist organizations in making smarter workforce decisions. Our platform powers autonomous talent workflows across hiring, mobility, and workforce planning for many of the world’s most innovative companies. As Senior Talent Advisor – Sales, you will partner directly with Eightfold’s revenue organization to attract and hire exceptional sales talent who can bring this vision to market. Beyond execution, this role operates as a strategic advisor—shaping hiring strategy, strengthening talent pipelines, and influencing how we build world-class go-to-market teams. This role also serves as “Customer Zero” for Eightfold’s own agentic AI recruiting products. You will actively use and stress-test our platform in real recruiting scenarios, providing direct feedback to product and engineering teams. Your insights will help refine the capabilities of our AI agents and ensure the technology reflects the real needs of modern talent teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Recruiting, Talent Advisory, or Executive Sourcing within high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in candidate negotiation, advanced sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills with hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate as both a hands-on recruiter and strategic advisor in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within or alongside companies such as Databricks, Scale AI, Rippling, Glean, or LegalZoom.
  • Exposure to AI-native companies, developer platforms, or data/AI infrastructure organizations.
  • Interest in experimenting with AI-driven recruiting workflows and automation

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Recruiting – Design and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier sales professionals across the go-to-market organization.
  • AI-Driven Talent Acquisition – Leverage Eightfold’s agentic AI capabilities to identify, engage, and evaluate candidates more intelligently and efficiently.
  • Talent Advisory – Partner with sales leaders as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights on hiring strategy, market dynamics, and team composition.
  • Candidate Negotiation – Lead complex negotiations to secure exceptional candidates while aligning expectations across stakeholders.
  • Advanced Sourcing – Build and maintain strong pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and modern recruiting technologies.
  • Employer Brand Advocacy – Champion Eightfold’s mission, culture, and technology to position the company as a destination for elite sales talent.
  • Customer Zero for Product – Provide structured feedback to product teams based on firsthand use of Eightfold’s AI recruiting tools, helping shape the evolution of our agentic AI platform.
