About The Position

This role provides a strategic opportunity to lead and manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle across clinical, operational, corporate, and management functions. You will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and hiring managers, designing innovative recruitment strategies that ensure the organization attracts top talent while promoting diversity and inclusion. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding processes while mentoring team members and shaping employer branding initiatives. Working in a mission-driven, remote-friendly environment, this role has a direct impact on workforce growth, organizational effectiveness, and the ability to provide life-changing services to the community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and productivity software (Google Workspace or similar).
  • Ability to exercise discretion, professionalism, and adherence to the professional code of conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of recruitment for assigned regions and departments, including sourcing, interviewing, offer creation, salary recommendations, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and prioritize a diverse requisition portfolio aligned with business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, and field teams, translating organizational needs into actionable talent strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging social networks, recruiting databases, events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage and maintain talent pools for clinical and administrative candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, partnering with HRBP when needed.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, representing the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, and community engagement activities.
  • Mentor and coach new team members, fostering high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Partner with leadership on reporting, metrics, and process improvement initiatives to optimize TA effectiveness.
