About The Position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruiting strategy for select businesses. This role requires a strategic, consultative approach to hiring, partnering closely with senior executives across the U.S. Sector to deliver talent solutions that meet diverse business needs. You will design scalable, centralized processes while maintaining flexibility for unique requirements, ensuring a seamless and impactful recruitment experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for exempt-level roles, with a focus on senior-level or specialized positions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for a complex, growth-oriented Sales organization.
  • Expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and talent assessment.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with senior leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume, fluctuating workloads.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full recruiting lifecycle, from strategy development to candidate placement.
  • Partner with senior executives to understand business needs, influence hiring decisions, and deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Design and implement centralized hiring processes that drive consistency and efficiency while accommodating sector-specific nuances.
  • Manage dynamic workloads and requisition volumes, ensuring agility and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage market intelligence and centralized resources to align talent acquisition with onboarding, sales cycles, and workforce planning.
  • Drive sourcing excellence, engaging passive talent and building pipelines for critical roles.
  • Foster strong hiring manager engagement, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure organizational rigor, maintaining structure and compliance across all recruiting activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to support ramp-ups and strategic initiatives.
