About The Position

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in the identification, attraction and selection of top talent for Hyundai Capital America. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate will use their recruitment experience to partner with the Talent Acquisition managers to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of experience candidates for current and future opportunities.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
• Experience working with an application tracking system such as Taleo or Oracle Cloud
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and foster trust with stakeholders
• Solid interviewing skills with ability to effectively source in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Ability to maintain confidential information with employees and candidates
• Agile with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize appropriately
• Must be results-oriented and proactive

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, to plan and execute college recruiting programs, career fairs, and community outreach events.
• Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, including scheduling, promotional materials, and candidate engagement.
• Track participation and outcomes from events to help measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Act as a back-up to Talent Acquisition Associate for job postings and offer creations.
