About The Position

The Sr Tableau Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting dashboards and reports that provide analysis to support business management and executive decision-making. The role requires a structured thought process to bring information and data together to enable the design of business solutions. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to design and support business process solutions using data and intelligence. The position demands hands-on experience with data mining and data exploration using relevant tools and techniques to perform exploratory analysis and answer business questions related to Inventory Management, Shrinkage, and Refurb operations/Manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and maintenance of Business Intelligence, reporting, and data applications.
• Expertise with Tableau and data visualization.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Teradata, and Snowflake.
• Proven track record of transforming business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into analytical insights.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP BOBJ or similar tools.
• Good work ethic and passion to exceed expectations.
• Experience working with global and geographically diverse teams.
