Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a Sr. Tableau Analyst/Developer to design, develop and support enterprise level several Tableau projects! This job is hybrid onsite 3 days per week in Battery Park ATL. This is a 6 month contract to hire, candidates must be able to work on fulltime W2 employment at FTE conversion. The Senior Tableau Analyst/Developer will be an expert in the design, development, and delivery of the enterprise business intelligence solution using Tableau. This role requires expertise in creating dynamic dashboards, optimizing data visualization, data engineering, and fostering data-enabled decision-making in key areas of the business. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and extensive experience working with complex datasets and Tableau functionalities.

  • Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned to business requirements, specifications, and are accurate, timely, and complete.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Tableau with various data sources such as Snowflake.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze large, complex, and multi-dimensional datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Optimize data queries for performance and scalability.
  • Work with SQL, ETL processes and data warehousing concepts to prepare datasets for Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to capture and rationalize requirements and independently lead the delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate effectively to present data insights and recommendations.
  • Promote best practices in Tableau development and data visualization across the organization.
  • 7+ years of experience in Tableau, including creating advanced dashboards, reports, and a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational databases/data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Solid understanding of Tableau security and governance standards.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Fivetran ETL and/or HVR experience.
  • Experience with SAP.
