About The Position
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of our Operations and Delivery team, which is critical branch of our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. This role will be supporting our direct and/or indirect labor recruiting needs. Either focus will require strong sourcing techniques and full independence and accountability in the respective areas. This role will encompass full scale recruiting of top talent within Integer, while managing special projects related to enhancing the operations and delivery of our recruitment model. The incumbent will be charged with ensuring Integer is managing best practices, continuous improvement, while also bringing new and innovative ideas to our team.
