SR&T Senior Consultant, Valuation & Modeling

Responsibilities

• Create and review detailed financial models for various transactions such as financing, acquisitions, and valuation.
• Perform valuation analysis using methods like Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index.
• Write and review comprehensive reports detailing findings from financial analyses and valuations.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market data/issues to enhance the accuracy and relevance of financial models and valuations.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions as a knowledgeable advisor.
• Continuously develop expertise in your specialization, enhancing your reputation as a trusted financial advisor.
• Participate in the creation and delivery of training programs and act as a coach and mentor to less experienced practitioners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred.
• CFA certification or candidacy is highly desirable.
• Passing the MAPPI Exam for P1, P2 will be prioritized.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or auditing, preferably with a background in a Big 4 firm.
• Proven track record in transaction advisory and project finance across all project stages.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to diagnose project problems, develop solutions, and facilitate decision-making.
• Strong client communication skills and experience in managing client expectations and team leadership.
• Professional demeanor with excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work unsupervised with meticulous attention to detail.
