About The Position

As a Sr. Systems Integrator III, you’ll deliver hands-on integration across RF, SATCOM, WiFi, and IT networks with the goal of enabling mission-critical operations across the federal government. Our team is responsible for designing, integrating, and supporting complex multi-domain systems, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and interoperable solutions that directly support operational success and mission outcomes. Requirements

  • An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 8–12+ years of hands-on technical experience across SATCOM (KA, KU, MUOS), Starlink, Hawkeye, WiFi, and enterprise IT networks.
  • Hands-on experience integrating RF, SATCOM, WiFi, and IT systems and resolving complex interoperability issues.
  • Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role 451 (System Administrator) with one or more certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.
  • Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up.
  • Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.

  • Integrate multi-discipline systems across RF, SATCOM, network, and IT environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex interoperability and integration issues.
  • Support mission operations with a focus on reliability, performance, and operational impact.
  • Participate in Agile execution, planning, and team collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively across technical domains and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism.
  • Apply creativity and technical judgment to deliver innovative solutions tailored to mission needs.
