Sr Systems Engineer
About The Position
Platform Ownership & Engineering Implement and maintain solutions across Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerPlatform, etc.) Manage and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory environments. Administer and enhance Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) for identity lifecycle and synchronization. Support and maintain Teams Calling infrastructure, including Direct Routing and Session Border Controllers (SBCs). Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support coverage. Ensure identity and collaboration platforms meet security and compliance requirements. Collaborate with security teams to implement conditional access, MFA, and other identity protection mechanisms. Collaborate with business partners and other areas of IT, using technology to drive innovation and support company growth objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments, with expertise in Microsoft technologies.
- Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
- Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Teams Direct Routing and SBCs
- Proficiency with PowerShell and automation tools.
- Experience with AI technologies such as CoPilot and ChatGPT.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
