About The Position

LinTech Global is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer to provide Information Technology (IT) Systems Support Services to support our contract with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Compliance and Enforcement Assurance. Position Overview: At least 6 years of experience performing multiple systems engineering activities such as major systems design, including database design and systems architecture, integration, implementation, hardware, software, budgetary, and support facilities and/or equipment in these technologies: Agile SDLC, Electronic Data Transfer (EDT), JSON, XML, Section 508, Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira), Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WebLogic SQL, PHP, Java, Python, and Django for Python and Symfony for PHP, PL/SQL, J2EE, Struts, jQuery, Hibernate, SAP Business Objects and 360 Suite, RHEL7 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Oracle 12c, Weblogic, Apache, Tomcat, Qlik Sense, Informatica, Xcelsius, Crystal Reports, User Validation Testing (UVA)/User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and APIs Experience with Oracle, Java, Business Objects, WebLogic, or Linux, while not required, is preferred. At least 2 years leading/managing teams supporting Information Technology projects like the maintenance of ICIS. At least 2 years of experience leading or working as part of a team using Agile. At least 3 years of experience working with federal or state information technology projects with a focus on these types of tasks: Requirements and Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance, Training and Outreach, User Support, Research and Development, and Data Analysis. Experience working with information technology projects with a focus on applying federal or state environmental statutes and enforcement policies is preferred.

  • Clearable US Citizen that is able to pass a background investigation in order to obtain a federal security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle, Java, Business Objects, WebLogic, or Linux, while not required, is preferred.
  • Experience working with information technology projects with a focus on applying federal or state environmental statutes and enforcement policies is preferred.
