About The Position

As Sr. Systems Engineer II, you’ll provide Systems Engineering & Technical Integration services for AI/ML technology implementation—spanning requirements, architecture trade‑space, vendor evaluation, integration planning, test/acceptance, and risk management. Evaluate GOTS/COTS/R&D technologies for insertion into application baselines. We know that you can’t have great technology services without amazing people. Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical advisory roles for intelligence systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, data, cloud).
  • Active TS/SCI.
  • Strong systems engineering fundamentals (MBSE, interface control, test planning).

Responsibilities

  • Translate mission needs into technical requirements and acceptance criteria; manage traceability.
  • Advise on AI/ML architectures, data strategies, and integration with enterprise services.
  • Lead technical evaluations, source selection support, and independent verification/validation.
  • Author technical memoranda, decision briefs, and recommendations; brief senior stakeholders.
  • Develop a long-term strategy for integrating newly created or introduced technologies into a larger enterprise.
  • Conduct analyses and trade studies to identify how to fill capability gaps.
  • Ensure that newly created capabilities integrate with existing systems and applications.
  • Provide enterprise or larger system perspective to assure scaling of capabilities developed by the team.
