POSITION SUMMARY The position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the development, construction and maintenance of Sunrise Banks’ information systems. This includes monitoring the growth of the bank to manage the capacity of the Information systems infrastructure to facilitate the requirement for daily operation and future expansion. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Information Systems Infrastructure Management Oversees development and maintenance of computer systems, including, but not limited to WAN, LAN, storage, cloud, and desktop technologies. Enhances Security Controls as recommended by the I.S. Security Officer and the Information Security Program (ISP). Provides leadership within the framework of approved performance metrics and provides escalated Service Desk support for Level 2/Level 3 tickets and ensures they are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Applies experience and knowledge of information technology to make suggestions to management for enhancements to existing or new systems to increase efficiencies. Facilitates secure external network connectivity between the organization and designated external parties, including its partners, customers, and the public. Project Management Manages assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives. Manages system upgrades and new systems implementation. Designs and develops software automation processes through systems configuration, task scheduling and scripting. Network Administration Monitors systems performance to identify potential areas for improvement and to prevent service interruptions. Troubleshoots prevalent issues and improves efficiencies in network security and software deployment by leveraging existing technologies and recommending new technologies to aid in this process. Develops and maintains preventative maintenance procedures to ensure optimal “up time” possible. Maintains security controls defined in the ISP, including, but not limited to: Patch Management, Systems Hardening, SANS Top-20 Controls, Change Management, IDS, IPS, Log Monitoring, Network Switches, Edge Firewalls, Anti-Malware Protection Designs and implements systems and processes for Disaster Recovery as outlined in the organization’s Business Continuity Plan procedures to meet the requirement of the business. Other Responsibilities Keeps IT L10 and Infrastructure Services Manager currently informed of all matters of major importance that are necessary to manage the department effectively Provides documentation and information as required to internal and external auditors. Performs other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
