Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or a combination of education and experience.
• Six years of Information Technology Experience.
• Advanced skills and knowledge of personal computer hardware and software.
• Advanced skills and knowledge of Local Area Networks, Windows Servers, Virtualization, on-premises and cloud technologies, enterprise storage and backup solutions, and VoIP and mobile technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function effectively in the workplace as exhibited through one's integrity, courage to act and communication skills.
• Ability to work with others effectively as exhibited through one's respect for people and commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and support for essential IT components, including servers, storage solutions, backup systems, automation and containerization technologies, virtualization, and overall infrastructure.
• Provide advanced level administration and troubleshooting of personal computer hardware and software solutions.
• Assist with the configuration and administration of on-premises and cloud technologies in support of critical business applications.
• Evaluate new hardware and software solutions for use within the company.
• Maintain advanced knowledge regarding industry trends and technologies.
• Automate tasks through scripting and monitor system performance through scripts or 3rd party tools.
